This Privacy Policy explains how Mispriced Assets, operated by Nick Nemeth and Wyandanch Consulting LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you subscribe to the Publication or use the portfolio dashboard at mispricedassets.io.

When you subscribe through Substack, we receive your email address and, for paid subscribers, your name and payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Substack and Stripe — we do not store your credit card or banking details.

When you visit mispricedassets.io, we may collect basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed through standard analytics and server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Deliver newsletter content to your inbox

• Provide dashboard access to eligible subscribers

• Communicate with you about your subscription

• Understand how readers engage with the Publication and dashboard

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to Mispriced Assets.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

4. Third-Party Services

The Publication and dashboard rely on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Substack (newsletter delivery and payments)

• Stripe (payment processing, via Substack)

• Render (dashboard hosting)

• Cloudflare (domain and DNS)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services.

5. Cookies

mispricedassets.io may use cookies for session management and authentication. These are functional cookies required to operate the dashboard — not tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email and subscription data for as long as you remain a subscriber. If you unsubscribe, your email will be removed from our mailing list. Server logs and analytics data are retained for a reasonable period for operational purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To request deletion of your data, contact nick.bain.nemeth@gmail.com.

8. Children

Mispriced Assets is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
